(1)

Section 122 (sharing of information for education and training purposes) is amended as follows.

(2)

In subsection (3), after paragraph (fb) insert—

“(fc)

a combined county authority established under section 9(1) of the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023;

(fd)

a person providing services to a combined county authority;”.

(3)

In subsection (5)—

(a)

omit the “or” at the end of paragraph (c), and

(b)

at the end of paragraph (d) insert “, or

(e)

any function of a combined authority under Part 4 that is exercisable by it by virtue of regulations made under section 19(1) of the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023.”
