217In Schedule 1 to the Data Protection Act 2018 (special categories of personal data and criminal convictions etc data), in paragraph 23(3), after paragraph (h) insert—
“(ha)a mayor for the area of a combined county authority established under section 9(1) of the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023;”.
