3(1)Section 243 (permitted disclosure by the registrar) is amended as follows.
(2)For subsection (2) substitute—
“(2)The registrar may disclose protected information to a credit reference agency.”
(3)In subsection (7), omit—
(a)the definition of “public authority”;
(b)the “and” before that definition.
