In section 235 of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 (restrictions on disclosure of information), in subsection (3)—

(a)

omit paragraph (ru);

(b)

after paragraph (v) insert—

“(w)

the following provisions of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024—

(i)

Part 3;

(ii)

Chapter 1 of Part 4;

(iii)

Chapter 2 of Part 5.”
