12(1)Section 97 (listed events) is amended as follows.
(2)In subsection (2)(d) (as substituted by section 299(1) of the Communications Act 2003), for “televise” substitute “show”.
(3)In subsection (3)—
(a)omit the “and” following paragraph (a);
(b)after paragraph (b) insert “, and
(c)such other persons as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.”
