7In paragraph 3(5) of Schedule 3 to the BSA 2022—
(a)in paragraph (c), omit the final “or”;
(b)at the end of paragraph (d) insert “, or
(e)a redress scheme within the meaning of section 100(4) of the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024 (leasehold and estate management: redress schemes).”.
