23In section 56 (obligation to grant new lease)—
(a)omit subsection (2);
(b)in subsection (3), for the words from “amount of any such premium” to “Schedule 13” substitute “price payable”;
(c)in subsection (4), for “7(2)” substitute “7(2A)”.
