19 In Schedule 8 to the BSA 2022 (remediation costs), in paragraph 6 (permitted maximum)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (5), omit “total” in each place it occurs;

(b) in sub-paragraph (8)—

(i) for “total” substitute “tenant’s”;

(ii) for “section 7” substitute “section 101(1)”.
