This Act comes into force on the day on which the Rwanda Treaty enters into force.

This Act applies to any decision by a decision-maker relating to the removal of a person to the Republic of Rwanda that is made on or after the day on which the Rwanda Treaty enters into force, irrespective of when the person arrived in the United Kingdom.
