Productions in action of divorce or where [F1section 11 order] may be madeS
33.9.Unless the sheriff otherwise directs—
(a)in an action of divorce, a warrant for citation shall not be granted without there being produced with the initial writ an extract of the relevant entry in the register of marriages or an equivalent document; and
(b)[F2in a family action which includes a crave for a section 11 order], a warrant for citation shall not be granted without there being produced with the initial writ an extract of the relevant entry in the register of births or an equivalent document.
