PART I SGENERAL PROVISIONS

Applications for orders to disclose whereabouts of children S

33A.24. (1) An application in a civil partnership action for an order under section 33(1) of the Family Law Act 1986 F2 (which relates to the disclosure of the whereabouts of a child) shall be made by motion.

(2) Where the sheriff makes an order under section 33(1) of the Family Law Act 1986, he may ordain the person against whom the order has been made to appear before him or to lodge an affidavit.
