49For the purposes of the construction, in accordance with Part I of this Schedule, of any enactment which incorporates the definition of “local authority ” in the Act of 1947, section one hundred and fifty-four and the reference thereto in the corresponding definition in subsection (1) of section two hundred and twenty-one shall be disregarded.
