3U.K.In subsection (8) of section thirty-four, for references to [F1the Secretary of State] and [F2the Central Arbitration Committee] there shall be substituted, in relation to service in Northern Ireland, references to the Ministry of Labour and National Insurance for Northern Ireland and to an industrial court established in Northern Ireland under the M1Industrial Courts Act 1919.
