4U.K.In subsection (2) of section seventy-two, the reference to [F1the Secretary of State] shall, in relation to agreements affecting persons employed by the Board or the Holding Company in Northern Ireland, include a reference to the Ministry of Labour and National Insurance for Northern Ireland.
