If at the vesting date there is a subsidiary of the Commission which owns securities of any of the bodies listed in one Part (but not more than one Part) of this Schedule, then for the purposes of section thirty-one and section thirty-four of this Act, and of Part V of this Schedule, that body shall be treated as if it were included in that Part of this Schedule.
