Land acquired by a local planning authority under Part I of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act, 1945, or under Part III of the principal Act, for the purposes of the development or redevelopment of any area as a whole and land appropriated by a local planning authority for those purposes where the relevant interest is the interest of that authority in that land.
