22In this Act the expression “the regular forces” does not include officers, [F10warrant officers] non-commissioned officers, or marines of the [F11Royal Marines Reserve], the Royal Fleet Reserve . . . F12; but the provisions of section two hundred and eleven shall apply—
(a)to such officers as they apply to officers of any reserve of officers,
