(1)This Act may be cited as the Housing and Town Development (Scotland) Act, 1957 ; and this Act and the Housing (Scotland) Acts, 1950 and 1952 and Part I (and Part III so far as relating to Part I) of the Housing (Repairs and Rents) (Scotland) Act, 1954 may be cited together as the Housing (Scotland) Acts, 1950 to 1957.
(2)The enactments mentioned in the Third Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
(3)This Act shall extend to Scotland only.
