There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Geneva Conventions Act 1957, Paragraph 2.
F1[F22U.K.The relevant provisions of Articles 27 and 32 of the First Convention shall apply to permanent medical units and transports (other than hospital ships, to which Article 25 of the Second Convention applies) and their personnel made available to a Party to the conflict for humanitarian purposes:
(a)by a neutral or other State which is not a Party to that conflict;
(b)by a recognised and authorised aid society of such a State;
(c)by an impartial international humanitarian organisation.]
