94 Seduction from duty in ships or in naval establishments abroad.F2U.K.

Every person not subject to this Act who, being on board any of Her Majesty’s ships or vessels, or being within any of Her Majesty’s naval establishments outside [F1the United Kingdom and Colonies], endeavours to seduce any person subject to this Act from his duty or allegiance to Her Majesty shall be liable on conviction by court-martial to imprisonment for any term.
