2 Short title, citation and commencement.

This Act may be cited as the Marriage Acts Amendment Act, 1958, and the M1Marriage Acts, 1949 and M21954, and this Act may be cited together as the Marriage Acts, 1949 to 1958.

This Act shall come into operation on the first day of January, nineteen hundred and fifty-nine.
