5 Expenses.U.K.
There shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament any increase attributable to section one of this Act in the sums required for making payments on behalf of a Government department under section forty-six of the M1Patents Act 1949, or under paragraph 1 of the First Schedule to the M2Registered Designs Act 1949, and any sums required by a competent authority for making payments under section four of this Act.
