Depreciation of other land in same ownership E+W+S

F2 46 E+W+S In sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 32 of this Schedule, the reference to land requisitioned for opencast operations shall include a reference to land requisitioned as an opencast storage site; and the power to make regulations under that paragraph shall be exercisable accordingly.
