Part III E+W+S Storage Sites

Certification of payments under existing arrangements E+W+S

F2 43 E+W+S Paragraphs 13 to 16 of this Schedule shall apply in relation to land which, at the commencement of this Act, is land requisitioned as an opencast storage site as they apply in relation to land which, at the commencement of this Act, is land already requisitioned for opencast operations.
