The Local Government (Scotland) Act, 1947 (10 & 11 Geo. 6. c. 43)

The following entry shall be added to the Sixth Schedule

“Sections 81 (13), 83 (9) and 261 (2) of the Road Traffic Act, 1960.

Such period as the Secretary of State may fix”.
