196Fees for heavy goods vehicle drivers' licences

(1)

There shall be charged by licensing authorities in respect of the grant of heavy goods vehicle drivers' licences such fees as may be prescribed.

(2)

All fees received by licensing authorities in respect of the grant of such licences shall be paid into the Exchequer in such manner as the Treasury may direct.
