Section one of the [1 & 2 Eliz. 2. c. 39.] Marshall Aid Commemoration Act, 1953, shall have effect with the substitution for the reference to twelve scholarships of a reference to twenty-four or such greater number as Her Majesty may by Order in Council from time to time determine.

Any Order in Council under this section shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
