3 Fatal accidents. U.K.
References in section one of the Fatal Accidents Act, 1846, as it applies in England and Wales, and [in Article 3(1) of the Fatal Accidents (Northern Ireland) Order 1977] to a wrongful act, neglect or default shall include references to any occurrence which gives rise to a liability under [—
(a)
Article 17 of the Convention;
(b)
Article 17 of the Convention as amended; or
(c)
Article 17.1 of the Montreal Convention.]
