154 Prohibition of disclosure of informationE+W+S
If any person who, in pursuance of powers conferred by section one hundred and forty-eight or section one hundred and fifty-three of this Act, is admitted into any factory or place discloses to any person any information obtained by him in the factory or place with regard to any manufacturing process or trade secret, he shall, unless the disclosure was made in the performance of his duty, be guilty of an of an offence . . . (b)the information is not held by the authority on behalf of another person.]
