10 Short title, extent and interpretation.U.K.
(1)This Act may be cited as the Crown Estate Act 1961.
(2)It is hereby declared that this Act extends to Northern Ireland.
(3)F1. . . this Act shall extend to the Isle of Man, so far as is material to any powers or duties of the Commissioners in the Isle of Man.
(4)In this Act, “enactment” includes an enactment of the Parliament of Northern Ireland.
