F1 such repeal so far as relating to lighthouses shall not operate so as to preclude the Board from maintaining or from defraying the expense of maintaining any lighthouse at the passing of this Act maintained by or at the expense of the Congested Districts (Scotland) Commissioners, unless and until the expense of such maintenance is by arrangement to enter into on such terms as may be agreed) undertaken by some other authority.
