Fees shall be payable to the Minister with respect to business transacted under this Act in accordance with a table of fees prepared by the Minister and approved by the Treasury.

Any such table shall be published in the London Gazette and shall be laid before Parliament.

Any such table in force at the commencement of this Act shall have effect as if prepared and approved under this Act.
