For the purpose of collecting the repeals effected by the M1Law of Property Act, 1922 (in this Act referred to as “the principal Act”) parts of which are intended to be repealed, it is hereby declared that the enactments set out in the First Schedule to this Act are the enactments which were, to the extent specified in the third column of the said Schedule, repealed by the principal Act.
