1Offences under sections sixteen, twenty, twenty-one and fifty-one of the [24 & 25 Vict. c. 97.] Malicious Damage Act, 1861, as amended by any other enactment.
2Misdemeanours under the [24 & 25 Vict. c. 99.] Coinage Offences Act, 1861.
3Offences under sections twenty and forty-seven of the [24 & 25 Vict. c. 100.] Offences against the Person Act, 1861.
4Offences under section twenty of the [31 & 32 Vict. c. 110.] Telegraph Act, 1868.
5Offences under paragraph (1) of section thirteen of the [32 & 33 Vict. c. 62.] Debtors Act, 1869.
6Offences under the [38 & 39 Vict. c. 24.] Falsification of Accounts Act, 1875.

13Attempted suicide.
14Publishing, exhibiting or selling any indecent or obscene book, writing, picture or model, or any other indecent or obscene article or thing whatsoever, whether similar to the things before mentioned or not.
15Committing an indecent assault upon a person, whether male or female, who in the opinion of the court is under the age of sixteen years.
16Offences in relation to stamps issued for the purpose of National Health Insurance or Unemployment Insurance under the provisions of any enactments as applied to those stamps.
17Aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring the commission of any indictable offence which may be dealt with summarily, or attempting to commit any such offence.
18Any offence consisting in the incitement to commit a summary offence, and the offence of inciting to commit any indictable offence which may be dealt with summarily.
