16 Casualties subject to express trust.U.K.
The compensation payable in respect of casualties to which section nineteen of the M1Glebe Lands (Scotland) Act, 1866, applies and in respect of all other casualties which are the subject of express trust or direction contained in any Act of Parliament or trust deed or otherwise, or the annual sum into which such compensation may be converted, shall be subject to the same trusts and directions as are applicable to the casualties which they represent, and that irrespective of the amount of such compensation paid or consigned during any period.
