This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
Any arbitration under this Act shall be conducted in accordance with the [52 & 53 Vict. c. 49.] Arbitration Act, 1889, and the arbitrator shall have power to disallow as to costs in the arbitration the costs of any witness whom he may consider to have been called unnecessarily, and any other costs which he considers to have been incurred unnecessarily, and his award may provide for any matter for which an agreement under the last foregoing section might have provided.
