This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
Where in pursuance of any direction given by the Minister under this Act the owners of any undertaking shall acquire any lands or easement, or construct any works, or carry out any alteration or improvement of or addition to their undertaking, the owners may, after the expiration of the period of possession continue to hold and use such lands or easement and maintain and use such works, alteration, improvement, or addition for the purposes of their undertaking, and such land, easement, works, alteration, improvement, and addition shall for all purposes be deemed to form part of their undertaking.
