SCHEDULE U.K. Constitution, Jurisdiction, and Procedure of Pensions Appeal Tribunals

1 U.K. [F1 Such number of pensions appeal tribunals shall be constituted for Scotland and Northern Ireland] as the Lord Chancellor, after consultation with the Minister of Pensions, may determine.
