288 Penalty for obstructing execution of Act. E+W

A person who wilfully obstructs any person acting in the execution of this Act or of any byelaw [F1 building regulation], order or warrant made or issued thereunder shall, in any case for which no other provision is made by this Act, be liable to a fine not exceeding [F2 £10 for a first offence and £20 for a second or subsequent offence].
