Modifications of the Unemployment Assistance Act, 1934, in its application by virtue of section two of this Act

On an application for the grant of an allowance by virtue of section two of this Act, subsection (1) thereof shall apply in substitution for subsection (1) of section thirty-eight of the Act of 1934 (which specifies matters to be proved as conditions for the grant of allowances).
