15 Civil proceedings in the county court.U.K.

(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, and to any enactment limiting the jurisdiction of [F1the county court] (whether by reference to the subject matter of the proceedings to be brought or the amount sought to be recovered in the proceedings or otherwise) any civil proceedings against the Crown may be instituted in [F1the county court] .

(2)Any proceedings by or against the Crown in [F1the county court] shall be instituted and proceeded with in accordance with [F2rules of court]F2 and not otherwise.
