This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
(1)Any expenses incurred by the Minister of Works or the Minister of Education in carrying out the provisions of this Act shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament.
(2)There shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament to His Grace the seventh Duke of Wellington such sums, not exceeding one thousand pounds in all, as the Treasury may approve in respect of the expenses incurred by him in connection with, or with the negotiations previous and incidental to, the preparation and passing of the Bill for this Act, and otherwise in connection with the presentation to the nation of Apsley House and the chattels aforesaid.
