Any sums which at the date of the passing of this Act are standing to the credit of the Cattle Fund (which was established under section one of the Cattle Industry (Emergency Provisions) Act, 1934, and was made the fund for the purposes of the Livestock Industry Act, 1937), shall be paid into the Exchequer.
