5Any enactment contained in a local or private Act other than the Acts hereinbefore mentioned, being an enactment relating to civil aviation, shall have effect subject to such modifications as may be specified by Order in Council for the purpose of the transfer to the Minister of functions of the Secretary of State relating to civil aviation.
