4In the Great Western Railway (Air Transport) Act, 1929, the London and North Eastern Railway (Air Transport) Act, 1929, the London, Midland and Scottish Railway (Air Transport) Act, 1929, and the Southern Railway (Air Transport) Act, 1929, references to the Secretary of State or to the Air Council or to the President of the Air Council shall be construed as references to the Minister.
