23 Short title, construction and citation. U.K.

(1) This Act may be cited as the New Forest Act 1949.

(2) This Act shall be construed as one with the M1 New Forest Act 1877 and that Act, the M2 New Forest Act 1879 and this Act may be cited together as the New Forest Acts 1877 to 1949.
