[F3(1)] In this Part of this Act [F4references to the appropriate conservation body are references]

(a)in relation to land in England, to [F5Natural England ];

(b)in relation to land in Scotland, to [F6Scottish Natural Heritage] for Scotland; and

(c)in relation to land in Wales, to the [F7Countryside Council for Wales][F7Natural Resources Body for Wales]]

[F8(2)In this Part of this Act—

(a)nature reserve agreement ” means an agreement under section 7 of the 2006 Act [F9or section 16 of the 2016 Act] for securing that land which it appears expedient in the national interest should be managed as a nature reserve shall be so managed, [F10and ]

(b)the 2006 Act ” means the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006. ]

[F11(c)the 2016 Act” means the Environment (Wales) Act 2016.]
