IXOffice of Clerk of Queen's Processes abolished.

And be it enacted, That no Payment shall be made to any Principal or Depute Clerk of Session as Clerk to Queen's Processes, and the said Office of Clerk to Queen's Processes is hereby abolished, and Processes conducted on behalf of Her Majesty shall hereafter be under the Care of the Clerks of Session generally; and so much of the before-recited Act passed in the First and Second Years of the Reign of His Majesty King George the Fourth as provides that in the event of a Principal Clerk of Session being appointed one of the Principal Clerks of the Bills, he shall receive an additional Salary of Three hundred Pounds per Annum, shall be and the same is hereby repealed.
