40 Penalty for obstructing collector of rents, &c.U.K.
Every person who shall assault or obstruct any person authorized to collect any stallage, rent, or toll authorized by this or the special Act, shall for every such offence be liable to a penalty not exceeding [F1level 1 on the standard scale].
