36 Master of vessel to produce certificate of registry. U.K.
The master of every registered vessel shall, on demand, produce the certificate of the registry of such vessel to the collector of rates; and if any such master refuse or neglect to make such production, on demand, he shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding [F1level 2 on the standard scale].
